My name is Mel and I am so happy you’re here. I am in my twenties and currently studying a bachelor in nutrition and dietetics, which is currently fuelling my passion for nutrition and health.

Here it goes: I make too many dubsmash videos. I’m obsessed with food and cooking (hence this blog). I love literature (hence the use of the word hence). I tried to quit coffee and failed.
My favourite smell is pine. I spend too much money on pretty bowls and fake flowers. I hate cats. I get hangry. I think I eat too much sweet potato. I don’t exercise enough. I love communication via snail mail. I keep the chocolate trade in business.
I’ve had a vast array of health challenges that have taught me a lot about myself and has resulted in a passion to help others walking the same road. I love Jesus and know He is the reason I can keep walking. I need dancing lessons. I don’t do mushy very well. I love hearing people’s life stories.
I’m so happy your here. I think I’ve said that already. I hope that this website gets you one step closer to having health, joy, and a life worth living. Because it definitely is.
